Our Brow lift treatments combine botox injections and dermal fills to smooth the skin and lift the temple and brow area.
Over time the brow area changes. The deep brow fat reduces and expressive muscle activity creates lines and folds in the skin. Further reduction in temple fat pads and the hooding of the brow lowers the natural brow position.

brow lift treatment can stop the depressor muscles of the frown and crows feet pulling the brow down, treatment relaxes the frown and crows feet so the lifting muscles to create a brow lift. By reducing the down pulling muscles around the eye and frown area the elevating muscles continue to lift the brow up creating the Brow Lift.
Injectable treatments have been used for over 40 years to calm muscles causing wrinkles. When injected into a muscles causing wrinkles, the helps to smooth wrinkles and reduce static lines. Treatment results take up to 14 days to settle.

Dermal fillers are a versatile treatment to smooths fine lines and wrinkles, restoring volume and contours to the face. Hyaluronic acid lives in all living organisms and also encourages collagen and elastin stimulation. Treatment results are seen immediately after injection and last until your body breaks down the hyaluronic acid product.
There are different brands of muscle treatment and dermal fillers. At Thames Skin Clinic we will only use the best pharmaceutical approved injectable products, with supporting research and safety profile. We do not use cheap, unlicensed, unregulated products.

We discuss your medical history at your new patient consultation and would ask you to treatment if you were pregnant or breastfeeding. Treatment may not suitable if you are having immune therapy or undergoing cancer treatment.
All our treatments are by Dr Hemming who is extremely experienced in aesthetic injectable techniques and has a very good eye for natural treatment.
You should expect very minor discomfort or tenderness initially, this settles very quickly. We use local anaesthetic injections to help numb some treatment areas and cool compress to calm any potential swelling.
Side effects are minimal and can include injection site tenderness and mild bruising.
